the logbook would have to go through dvla though,its the law.

if its accident damaged then there may not be a logbook,dvla may have kept it until the car has had a vic check.

i know but he said he has got most of the work is done at a nice cost
but i just want the log book
Also the off side inner sill is rotten all around the chassis number
so we had to cut the number out and plate it up how do i stand on that

it will be rotten because of previous welds in the area maybe!!aproach with caution.
