Looks very nice fella,

Yes standard would do the job but what wrong with a bit of bling if you like it?

Just 1 question, has it been ported inside? or welded with the purge gas (cant remember the name as Ive had a few) to prevent weld lips within the headers? If it hasnt you may be best finding a good bin somewhere for it.

I think the mani is ok. James (where its from) runs this on his own ZT. So should be fine.

am i right in thinking with this manifold u dont have to get the head drilled and tapped because it bolts straight onto the zetec head

Yeh mate bolts straight to the zetec head, younge I got my old engine out today!
I fancyed abit of bling in my bay thats all, power gains are a +
