Fish eye lenses arn't cheap

you can get a cheap screw on adapter from somewhere like ebay or jessops. They are far from crisp on the outer edges but they wil ldo the job for a very small budget (£35ish from memory)

You'd need to check it will fit whatever camera you're planning on using.
