I've had a look at the catalogue and that config isn't listed.
I'd prob do 1 unequal adaptor and then a coupling, would cost Ł35 plus a couple of quid postage.
Not instock but would get them in about a week.

I haven't got a pic of it but would think it would be 9cm ish long.
That a bit of a wierd arrangment for sizes so a bit stuck for a fitment, unless someone machines you something for you or knows different it will be 2 pieces.
