just take paracetamol (of cause dont overdose yourself) dont bother with cold and flu pills as all they are is paracetamol mixed with caffeine for a temporary feeling of good health!

i bought one of these and put a few drops of olbas oil in it...

Im in the same boat atm and only started Monday, so hit me bad atm!!! Ive got heating on, having hot tea (Beechams every 4 hours) and having hot showers... As said best way is to sewat it out

I usually take buttercup syrup and sweat it out in bed
