BMW E36 front shocks help
My mate has a 98 E36 328I with all the M-tech trimmings. He need a pair of standard front shocks as they are knackered. He's tried to get them from GSF twice and both times they have been wrong )too short, can't compress the spring enought to get the top nut on). Does any one know where he can get a pair from?
The ones he need are like the top (yellow one) in the pictues.

Maybe the springs aren't standard?
Yellow and thick piston shocks look like Bilstein.
Got mine from ECP, but Bilstein for an M3, painful
Think GSF do a cheaper brand.
