okm what about shaved heads then ??, would that have the same effect or less of a effect ??
i aint gone for a "thug" type tattoo, theres a reason for mine and its not at all wannabe ect
apart from that i like to think i look reasonable rather than a outcast

I think my old man is having a mid life crisis..
for some strange reason they had pre booked an appointment for my mother to have a tat done.. she is 58 FFS.. weird one. Anyway, she bottled it, so my old man had one.. Bit weird if you ask me.. he is retired and 58 years old.. why wait that long

I have a shaved head, courtesy of a trusty Mach 3 Turbo, and it has caused no bother at all in jobs.
Except my last place, who were looking for a way to get rid of me. They didnt like having someone who speaks their mind and has an opinion, I was always nominated spokesperson who got to see the manager about stuff. :cry
They tried to use it as an excuse to give me a warning, after I had been there 2 years. A swift trip to the directors later and it was never mentioned again.
Baldness is everywhere, why should it matter if its by selection or if its natural??

so tattoos worried me, ive had one on my arm of my little girls name, now on the neck as its a little small to go anywhere else and im about to have my missus name in arabic down my left ribs when i get the it confirmed thats what it actually reads ( took a while to get the neck symbol confirmed !!!)
tbh i dont think of mine as a tattoo to be judged buy, but wanted to gauge opinions as im looking at changing jobs to a high position,,,,,,, then i remembered what ive just got done,,,,,, A 2 WEEKS AGO i was happy where i was

Not sure i would have had that on my nect tbh, but i can't abide small tattoos anywhere or little chinesey symbols either. Except on women and still not chinesey symbols.
I don't mind neck tattoos thou, as long as they are either part of a huge one, or large in their own right, just think a little stamp on the side of the neck looks totally pointless tbh.

the reason for chinese is to keep the reason personal,,,,,,, having a word on my neck would look worse imo
the ginger, gold chain crap....... my missus bought me that chain, i aint exaclty a small person so having a smaller chain looks out of place round my neck
anyway looking a chav dont bother me as i am from a council estate anyway,,,,, no point pretending to be something im not

I have one tat goes down the back of my spine from the top of my neck for about 6 inches, its easy to cover with a shirt for any reason that i may need it to be but i only ever wear a shirt to funerals etc! If you want it mate go for it, fk anybody that thinks otherwise, its your choice and you want it there for a reason. Mine is in ancient Filipino, have still never heard of anyone else with the smae sort of thing and the guy that does my tats has never had anyone else with the same thing, totally original and it means something very close to my heart, in a different langauge nobody gets to know what it is but i get to show it off (well part of it) and it creates intrigue......couldnt be more pleased with it.

i have one on my neck (back) and i have no trouble with it and to be honest why should people be looking at it in the first place. it is your body and no one else.
