someone wanted to kill me on sat night
a local girl i know very well had split up from her ex last year ever since he had left he keeps going on at her and saying she wants me not him, this isnt true we are both freinds and thats it...
on sat night she had a call from this dick head but she wouldnt answer the phone so he left a message around 1:10am saying im going to kill that f**king barry tel him im going to stick a knife in him and kill the t**t im telling you im going to f**king kill him...
after half hour of this answer phone message he left another 3 message's with aload of abuse to her calling her a dirty ###### etc...
anyway around 2:40 am the girl was in bed and heard some noise she got up to find her ex on the stairs heading for her room she got him downstairs after he had seen i wasnt there police were called and he was asked to leave....
why didnt thay arrest well he went to her house around 4 weeks ago and manage to get a spare key to get in, this is why the police didnt arrest him and let him go, thay waited around to see everything was o.k there was no sign of him so thay left..
she went back to bed about 15 mins later a loud bang was heard she got back up and rang the police again he had a hammer and tried to smash his why in in to the house yet again to get me or to see if im there....
police come back out and got him plus the hammer a knife was found at the bottom of the stair's

jesus fella..... make sure you make the police aware of this, then they will be on alert, so that if you call again, they know to get there extra quick!

So what can the police charge him with now then? Breaking and entering? Attempted murder? Fuck knows, bet they let him go though!

thats real bad sorry to read this surely if your friend still has the messages on her phone this is enough to charge him on let alone letting himself into her house and breaking and entering..
i had this sort of thing with my ex and i had to get an injuction out in the end but i guess girls deal with things differently..
hope you get it sorted and this looney leaves you alone

sounds like the bloke needs a serious reality check. you cant go round doing shit like that!
real bad if the police wont do anything. gaurantee if you bumped into him in the street, he pulled a blade on you, you took it off him and put him in hospital youd be going down and hed be claiming compo.
this country is fucked.
at the risk of sounding like another knobhead pf gangster hardman, i recon the best option in this case is a seriously good hiding and a long walk home from the local woods to clear his head.
