Default Cossie wont start?

Hey all, just got the cossie out of the garage seeing as its such nice weather, its been off the road since October, and i have started it regualry and it always starts fine, but it will not go today!

It tries, then just miss's and pops out of the air filter and stall's, its very similar to when the fuel cut off switch goes off, but i have checked that, its got just under 1/4 of a tank of fuel too, any idea's?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: also just noticed it has spat a load of, i think, water out of the exhaust, could be an issue, or could just be condensation!?
