pm'd you to find out if you can still get hold of the calibra turbo pistons required for a 2.1 zetec but i think my pm'er is broke as i never get a reply from anyone i pm if you could let me know if you can an how much that'd be great

Hey mate.
Remind me Monday, I shall ask the people that supply me with them and see if I can get hold of a set, they are becoming harder and harder to get hold of these days though. Is it for an 8v ZVH or a 16v Zetec?

for a 16v zetec on frst management, cant afford secs at the mo will it be simple enough to wire up you seem very knowledgeable on zetec turbo's been watching yours very nice

Wiring is easy as pie mate with the FRST management.
Theres about 7 wires that need to be joined from the engine loom to the car in the FRST loom, go see the Projects Section, i posted a sh*t wiring diagram of what these wires that need doing are

Throttle body plate no, I had to have a machinist do this for me, as it had to be thick ally (ie 3/4inch i think we used?) and this couldent be ;laser cut.
I can do the mild steel adapter plates, they come with the zetec holes and the ports cutout.....however the holes for the Rover inlet are not present, as there are two types of manifold (M16/T16).....and/or welding it onto there, so you'd have to sort that bit yourself
