Well it MUST work the same was as all other anti lag.

Increase the airflow when you are off the throttle, by holding the ICV fully open, then stop the engine over revving by making it horrifically inefficeient by making the ignition as retarded as you are Phil, the side effect of doing that is that the flow isnt just higher into the turbine housing, its also at a great temperature which helps too.

Thats the simple bit, knowing what to make it do, the tricky bit, is making an old L8 actually do it of course!

I guess only Stu can answer that in terms of exact numbers of psi etc, but you are VERY limited in terms of airflow from the standard ICV, 15psi might be possible, but I bet it will take a few seconds to build if it is.
When we were developing our system we found that to spool up quickly we need quite a lot of airflow inititally, but to maintain it, required very little indeed in the grand scheme of things.

Keeping it running cool, is normally a case of not using more retard than you have to once its spooled, and pissing fuel in by the bucket load, lol

Are you interested in anything other than pops and bangs really? If so, I would be looking at a modified ICV.

With a semi modded iscv, i got around 2-3psi between gear changes and @5k got 18psi stood still with launch, But on a T4 so i think it will be depent on the turbo size too.
