as the title says, having trouble launching the car off the line...
generally (on my old tyres) a good launch could be achieved by sitting the car at 4k and letting off the clutch in a controlled manner, with the rear end lurching to the right a little it set off nice...

but now i cant seem to launch... it just sits on its arse and the revs drop and... nothing.
any tips on the launch, i want to get some practice in before doing the strip!!

surface will be SO different for grip at the strip i dont think practicing on the road will tell you fuck all mate, esp as you have launched plenty of times before.

you need to go to the strip n practice there. sometimes its grippier than the road, quite often on normal non-prepped days its much slippier.

you having too much or not enough grip now? cant tell what you mean.

if its bogging down either use more revs or cross your fingers and be more aggressive with the clutch
