Ive used Vortech Signs aka Chris Foster for mine Kenny - very fast turn around and only £25-30 with my own logo and border.

for cheap plates try ebay
i just got a new set (nothing fancy, standard plates) of front and rear made up for only £10.50 delivered.
ordered sunday night received tuesday morning
