So its typically on the way down in both cases mate, they are NEVER under very much strain on the way up, as PCP's are highest ATDC

you still do metro stuff martin? dont anyone laugh, but my mums got a maroon 4 door 1.1 jobbie on an N plate she uses to run about in and keeps mentioning the k series conversions after i jokingly sugested it when she got it. do you do kits? like mounts and what not? if so how much?

Put it this way, every n/a or over rev i've seen has done the head.
And the turbo's do the block and don't touch the head.
