After a quick technical phone call they told me what my problems where straight away ordered what i needed and it arrived first thing next day.
fitted the part to my car and it now runs perfectly boosting and hold 17psi

So Many Thanks to STU it's good to talk to peeps who Actually Know There Stuff especially when i'm new to Ford Ownership
