I think he is one of those people who think that somehow pulling a drunk bird in a pub/club is in fact normal behaviour, but that deciding you like someone after talking to them on the internet or phone, while you are both stone cold sober and can see what you do and dont have in common somehow isnt.

Cant say I really identify with that personally, I dont really see what difference it makes where you meet someone initially if when you are around each other you enjoy each other's company, as Lee and Maria very clearly do.

 

TBH Phil staying off this thread is probably the reason it managed to get to 23 pages and still be interesting all the way through, it would have turned into a predicatable post about him having sex with pon and mike rainbird by now if he had joined in im sure.

As you well know, that was a VERY unhelpful reply Lady.

 

Depends how much Lee values the delightful company of an impeccabley presented attractive young lady who knows nothing about the difficulties in delivering adequete fuel from a set of small injectors with the reduction in induction stroke timebase as rpm increases, versus learning everything there is to know on the subject from one of the best there is, I reckon your chances are fair to middling, but Lee's prioritys for a good night out might be slightly different to mine that I based that on

 

 

Mental note, do NOT go to Gordon Ramseys for a meal with Chip.

 

He would keep ordering you food, and when Gordon himself was at the door with his hand on the light switch looking at his watch, Chip will of only just got into the real technical stuff.
