Im sure i heard of a case not so long back where a driver got hit on a track day by another car, sued, and the judge told him to bollocks, as everyone knew that motorsport is dangerous.......

judging by this thread just to be safe at croft this year people will be giving charith rides and need to know where they stand so if out goes wrong and we all know it can its all sorted before and i for one wouldnt get in a car with out knowing the dangers
