are they stretch bolts and should you change them?

its on a escort turbo its spun a shell

they aint stretch bolts, you dont have to change them if you measured the original length, but im assuming here you havent! so my best advice is the change them!

before you put them in you measure them, then when you take them out you can tell if they have stretched etc

fir ARP's and them tighten them with a stretch gauge rather than by torque setting
