It IS going to be a problem Kev, and i may sell the cossie to be honest as when winter comes and the sea starts coming over the defense wall with the wind shes going to rot like a rotten thing

During summer we often go down to picnic area at lunchtime (about 5 minutes from work) which is right next to the bay. So relaxing
