What is the safe power limit of standard rods and crank?
As title, what is the safe power limit of standard cossie rods and crank?
Also What can you do and which is best to them to make them better i.e lightened and blanced, knife edged; are there any other methods you can use; i've heard things like cryo treatment etc...

They say wanking makes you blind. I guess in your 'situation' that leaves you with no chance

Porkie's engine ran over 600 on standard.
Neil at carwise had an engine what produced around 680ish, on standard iirc.
Shot peening and balancing is a good idea, and a low mile crank on the right grind also.
