Not the best idea in the world, but the work and precision that has gone into it is astonishing.

From a car perspective - no point

From an engineering perspective - awesome!

Waste of an M5 imo..

But that said, the guys always wanted a 'ute', and he's obviously a bit good with the grinder so fair play to him i suppose..

Id have put the lump in an Ital Pickup myself for uber coolness... not..

great work, but a waste of a great car. Could have done it to a cooking e39 and then added the engine wheels and mirrors, seats etc.

if you can afford to chop up an m5 compared to a 520 then why not?

it's not like it's a ultra rare or precious car is it, if he'd done it to a rs200 then yeah i'd have my reservations but obviously he knows what he's doing.

fair play to him i say!

With fabrication skills like that the lad has the right to cut anything up!!

Beats having yet another M5 that see at least 5 times a day!

Exactly. Which of us wouldn't build the exact car we want if we had the skill? Fair play to him IMO.

Very well executed project, but a bit of a pointless idea in the first place IMHO

Fair play for doing it though
