They are copies of the original though, so do not have the shift pattern engraved in .

The original one I bought from Ford to copy had the shift pattern acid etched in, so maybe you sold one of my copies .

must of been a copy then, i sold it 2 year ago when i got the car cos it looked crap lol

Neil@carwise had quite a few of them. They turn up on ebay every now and then. I do have a brand new spare but don't want to part with it

Puma one's have the gate pattern machined into the knob and are threaded onto the stick... Monte's are not on both counts. Have a Puma knob on my yellow Rover.

I wouldn't have thought there was any doubt as to who to speak to about this one...

Mike R knows more about knobs than anyone. He's 'had' more than anyone else and keeps more in stock than anyone else. All different shapes/sizes and colours. Plus he is one.

The guy who owned my saff before me bought a hard knob from Mike R before...I think that was a monte carlo...or romanian 12 yr old
