abit off topic guys but what drinks will help to keep you from dehydration, i realise caffene is bad and read that milk is a antidiuretic so is realy good but what else will help you from wanting a pee all the time and im not diabetic just had all my bloods done and everything is as it should be

start with water

but the fact you need to pee is just your body absorbing more fluids through the stomach and your kidnes and stuff just filtering out the shit in your blood

if you try not to pee you will get kidney stones forming, they are basicly limescale deposits that build up when the kidneys can no longer push the crap out of your system into your bladder as it's full

the other thing you need to consider is the colour of your pee

the darker it is the worse off you are and if you pee really dark you should get some water inside you quickly to flush out the kidneys to prement the stones from forming

trust me on this one, you really don't want to have to have surgery for kidney stones because osmetimes they are too big to come out through the front and you have to be choped in the back

thanks for the advice my pee is normaly white so should be ok just seem to hardly drink much and off to the toilet. im going back to the doctor soon , ive bought decaff tea tohelp.. and tryed stopping drinking tea and coffee all together

but it affects different peole differnetly

if i drink milk or coke or redbull i need to pee almost imidiatly

but if i drink lucozade i can hold it in all day, from around 8 i the morning till about4 in the afternoon normally

I had to give up tea years ago, was pissing every 5 minutes, was crazy.
Even decaf, so think the tanin may have a part to play, along with the caffeine.
Even now tea is worse than coffee for me.

dojj,, milk deff should not make you pee.. it is a anti antidiuretic , iv just learnt that isotonic also is anti antidiuretic
