I suppose it's all down to personal preference and what you would be most comfortable riding with. (Not literally)
I think I would choose the Yokos.

toyo r 888 are better than the prada spec 2's

couple of my mates track/road cars have had both on and the r888 were the better of the 2 but for price wise the pradas are damn good for dry weather use and for what they cost mine cost me £140 for 4 inc delivery for 195/50/15's

the falkens are also good i used to run them on my s2's they were around the same price as the pradas

inmo

1st toyos if u got the money

2nd pradas best if ur on a budget

3rd falkens if u want a all round tyre

i used to rate toyot1-r's highly and would only use them until i tried dunlop sp9000's for a change .the difference was instantly noticeably especially in wet weather conditions and gave me a new found confidence to be able to accelerate on bends in the rain which was previously regarded as a guaranteed accident if id accelerated in the wet on a corner on the toyos. in the wet i couldnt even race boy racer saxo's due to no rear wheel traction.

Out of you choice.. Toyo's...

Eagles F1's if you can afford would be the ultimate.

Falkens- kiss my ass.. biggest mistake I made buying those- purely because I was on a budget.

The yoko 539 is a good all round, NON PERFORMANCE TYRE, they last well and are ace for the money.
Yoko A008 were simply awsome, but NLM!!
I would not even pick up the phone to order a set of T1R's now they are shite, the S used to kill the outside edge a bit, but bthe "R"'s are a joke, my astra killed these in 6000 miles the "S" before it lasted 18,000 miles, and gripped better, but were not as comfy that's all.
Can't comment on the Falken, but F1 I have now all round on the astra, took a good 500miles to start gripping well but are ace, I just hope they do not do what every other F1 has done on me and bulge the sidewalls out, after 3 years, did it on my dads car as well.
Another good tyre to consider is the UNIROYAL RAINSPORT 1's, but they do need to get a bit of heat in them before they start gripping well.
Best tyre by far was A008, then GOODYEAR EAGLE VENTURA, which is my tyre of choice if they still made them!!

Im running Parada's in that size on my saff atm and as for dry grip they are amazing, show em some moisture and they are terrible imo. Cant get the power down and i have little confidence pushing them in the wet. I would go for F1's mate, they do the business wet or dry and for the difference in price its not much more really considering that they are the only contact between you and the road

I am running parad 2's on the CTR, dry they are fine, but as said, not up to much in the wet, definately lost a little confidence with then.

Faulkens I found the same deal.

I supose you need to think about what they are going on, and if they are all rounders or just track fun, when it is most likely to be dry.

Ordered some Toyo's today 4 all in £335

The reason i choose these over yoko's is the pattern is symetrical and can be swapped on the rim to give longer life due to the amount of roundabouts we have here

cheers all

my dad is running P7's on his mondeo and loves them! he did have some wavey directional ones that he felt made the steering less responsive and he had less confidence with them.

tyres with this banded tread pattern like the P zero nero's seem to be very good. give a nice possitive feeling to the steering and good grip.
