20K+ Super Poster.
You could report coppers for stopping on double yellows whilst on a grade 1 response as they pick up a chinese, ooh sorry NORTH YORKSHIRE POLICE have already been reported for this, and nothing was done, nice caring attitude there.

What a load of bollocks. I love the simulator that's set up to hit the pedestrian at any speed over 30mph as you have no input into the braking.
Think these people need to get a life. Nobody condones stupid driving but you know the people whinging will all be those tossers in a Rover 25 driving at 10mph under the limit holding everybody else up

In the distance, it looked as if the driver was using a mobile phone. As the vehicle came nearer, I tried to look through the driver's window for a clearer observation. The windows were tinted so much that it was impossible to see inside at all.

Some of those reports are hilarious!
I cant believe some of the idoits that have reported vehicles undertaking them. They say 'we were doing 50mph (the speed limit) in the outside lane, when the vehicle behind undertook us at excess speed. If they were in the inside lane like they should be, the car wouldnt have had to undertake them in the fiorst place! FOOLS!
Really pisses me off on the motorway when people overtake a car thats in the middle lane doing 69mph and come past it at 70 when they can see people behind coming towards them at 75-80, because thats the speed limit.

I did not catch the make of this car (Rover?) as I was too busy looking at the blacked out windows on it. They far, far exceeded the side window tint limit. Give such cars a wide berth if you see one on the road as they are technically uninsured.

Tint limit is measured on what the driver can see out, not what the casual observer can see in. Have asked both Police and insurance companies about it and they concur. Same applies for motorcycle helmet visors. Some tints that appear very dark are actually more road legal than some of the lighter ones so unless you have a means of measuring the tint as you pass you cannot be certain what it is. Deceptive innit? No different to wearing sunglasses vision wise.

What an excellent site, I now have 7 different user names and i am currently reporting myself for urinating in a layby, sticking two fingers up at an old man who I cut up and pretending to be on the phone
