THIRD in a series of similar illegal number plates on private hire vehicles (see D1 LSX and D11 LJR). This one noted for the company SOVEREIGN CARS – now quite obvious the same taxi company where it is highly likely that all of their vehicles are fitted with illegal plates? **All images posted have been captured using a camera mounted to the windscreen of my vehicle, with an automated device that allows continuous and uninterrupted recording whilst on the move.**

Male driver of car in front of me using hand held mobile phone. Obviously not paying attention to his driving, failed to give way on Shoppenhangers/Coxgreen Road roundabout, almost hitting a blue Fiesta already on the roundabout. See rest of report ...
