absolutely brilliant service, very helpfull on the phone and my e mails repled within hours even the 6th one lol. ordered my sm4 day before yesterday arrived this morning and mark even put a base may on it to get me going! thank you!

I phoned Mark up last weekend, to ask him a load of obscure questions about crank sensor configurations and how to get them to work with rods secondhand ECU I bought off him, so Im not even a customer of Mark's as such, and even still he was mega helpful, didnt mind being disturbed out of hours and gave me exactly the info I need.

Fantastic customer service (even for non customers!)

Mark was the only guy who shared my thoughts after I'd been taken for a ride by other so called top UK tuners and turned round and said "right lets do this properly, get it on the road and make some history" He delievered everything he said and didnt ever rip me off either! What else do you want apart from the cakes?

I assume that you have a deal with Autronic where by you would be in breach of contract if you sold to an area (ie country) allocated to someone else by autronic as having "sole distribution rights" ?

 

Chip your right. Mark can correct me if I am wrong but if Mark or any other Autronic dealer in another country stepped on someone elses toes and took a job where there was another Autronic dealer in another country other than theirs they could lose their rights as a Autronic distributor & dealership for their country.

 

Yes that is correct, The upside to this is that every Autronic dealer will help one another no matter what as no one is fighting each other, And this works very well .
