i think banning should be ONLY allowed from mods such as diva/stu/paddy/popeye/jay
theres the ONLY mods who give people a fair chance and warning before banning them
the other mods seem to flex there muscles too much when just a simple " word on there shell" would suffice,,,, notice that the same mods seem to IGNORE the " funny" people when they should get banned and seem to ban the " nobody's"
banning should be a last resort when everything else has been tried and failed
bet the same mods who are quick to ban also moan when they are delt with unfairly anywhere else in life
treat people as YOU would like to be treated !!!

With regards to the gay thing, I tell only the people I know and trust, no-one else knows, no-one at work knows, and why should they?

Gracie banned him, it was discussed and suggested by someone else in the Mod room.
The guy was asked why he felt that way and chose not to respond as far as I'm aware.

i only talk to people when they are wrong if i feel they are worth the time too

mike is another mod who can ignore minor things or maybe deal with them better ( aswell as run a business too )

Did I state anyone should be banned? No!
I just questioned about the lack of action taken - which could be interpreted as double standards being applied, if the Rules are being strictly adhered to.
