No, but if you imagine back then ( it was late 80's) the RS500 touring cars were running that power!

i'd imagine it included things like intercooler, fuel system, obviously the engine and turbo, mapping, etc etc.....

i would hazard a guess at no

£37,500 was just to keep tony going in bumbags and wraparound shades while your build was going on

I had one but then again my car was actually done by turbosystems

Best damn engine and box my CVH Escort ever had, to this day the car appears to have less issues than many of the CVH powered Escort around.

Really rate Tonys work, he always treated me well, was straight talking and the work is top notch.. I would not call it expensive considering the work was so good its was only been done once

I think the large numbers of Turbosystems stickers that were floating around were evidence of the quality work done and the well deserved reputation, its just that many more people have champagne ideas and lemonade pockets than the wish to pay the going rate for quality work.

Nearly every Ford around my way used to wear either a Turbo Systems of Castle Performance sticker in the mid 90's. Probably due to the fact both were only about 10-15miles up the road.

cause looking back it wasnt as " cool" as i thought it was bit like having green bumper strips on a cossie or a turbo badge on the dashboard

these days ive got a ring sticker on it cause im a " only been ring once" person and would only fit a sticker of someone who i trusted to work on my car not as a fashion accs

turbosystems is a registered trade mark and therefore cannot be reproduced without consent however I had no problem with sticker companies making and selling them I saw it as free advertising for me

Wish I had NEVER gone to turbosystems in 1993 ......as he is the swine who got me into cossies!!! Has cost me a fortune over the past 14 years. Thanks Tony!

On the sticker topic, I pinched some "Mannock Race Engines" stickers off him which were very nice and a bit more rare than the usual Turbosystems ones!!
