I had something sent to me as a sample, still paid the full whack. its not worth the hassle you might as well declare full value and pay the duty.
I believe credit card transactions now include insurance, even on foreign purchases

75lb/min is about 750bhp, so the compressor can do 750bhp, if you believe em.

Can't you send it to someone you know and trust and say its a gift?

Would that get away with the duty?

I am an ex Brit emigrated to Canada some 12 years ago and can now appreciate how cheap things are over here compared with the UK. There are numerous suppliers of turbos here, built to your spec if required, and just because they seem cheap doesn't mean they are crap. I run a brand new T34 with 360 thrust bearing on my Cossie which was $390 and can get into a GT ball race series for not much more. Even if you paid import duty I am sure you would be saving a bundle.

this ones even cheaper and what i can gather same flow as gt35r so should flow around 620 hp and an old fashioned strong t series turbo.

i think the one above to big and pointless.

and it has 4 bolt rear discharge seems very similar to a gt35r except no water cooling.
