Default Front Tyre to Suspension gap, how close is too close?

Just adjusted my coilovers to lower the front end a little and the side of the tyre is about 2mm from the spring platform.
Would anyone see this being a problem ?

when i lowered the puma the other day on H&R coilovers it says that the tyre must be at least 5mm from the spring platform.

i guess this is because when cornering the tyre has latteral movement, and if it catches on the platform it wont take long to cut through the tyre.

i need to raise mine up a bit tho as you cant get on the drive with a full tank of fuel
