I think about 290 to 300 bhp is about the most, although some apparently have had more than this.
Mine made 292 bhp and 316 lbft on a standard T3 which was a lot more than i was expecting.

as said a bit over 300, but this is boost dependent, 20 psi held is really the max on a 4x4 t3 with maybe a peak of 22psi at the expense of long term turbo reliablity. I have seen more tho, eg castle parformance used to set their stg 3 setups to 24psi peak.

mine made 326.7bhp with 359.9ft/lb torque. lasted for the 3 years I had it after and sold it with the same turbo.
The bloody drive shafts were more unreliable than the turbo !

Mikes car (boxxer) at the PF r/r day last year, T3, yellows, gunship, that made sily power, sure it was around 320

That conversion is superb....when i get another Cosworth that is all it is having
I remember a few people thought it was all bullshit till we did the feature in Performance Ford

Alot of similer things to mine, 1 ,Graph was, 1.6 Peak dropping down to 1.2.
322 bhp / 367lbs..
2nd,, Very Recent Graph Peak 1.7
334BHP / 365lbs
Changes I made from 1st graph to second,
:was denso plugs out motercraft inn.
:Tesco Exellium
:0.1 bar of boost more peak.
