which setup would have less lag?

Default which setup would have less lag?

ive got a cossie engine with
a lightly polished and ported head
running a t34 with a .48 housing
it currently has a bd14 inlet and bd10 exhaust cam
would having the bd14 fitted cause more or less lag?

I would go back to the standard cams to be honest.
