4X4 gearboxes
Can the gearing be changed on a standard box. or will i have to buy a uprated one. need more top speed mine gets to about 160 then thats it
need to keep up with my mates bikes.

that is if you're talking about a cossie anyway...

if ur on about a 4x4 cossie,then its not a box u need its MORE POWER..........mine goes off the clock easy.............

Yeh its a cossy box. will have to look into new diffs

my 4x4 cossie went off the clock easily its more power you need not changing the diffs and box

Whats the most a 4x4 gearbox will take before it goes pop. Ive heard anything over 350 bhp and the gearboxes dont like it.

its more to do with how much abuse you give it, the most common gear to go is third from what i have heard.
its the full on launches that kill them though
