just having new o/s wing fitted to my saff i need new bump strips for the wing and door if anyone knows where i can get a pair without paying silly prices ford is a no go pitty as they would of only been 30 quid many thanks.

The strips you want are the same for any pre 92 Mark 2 Sierra - the only difference is the colour of the insert, which is removable. The black insert can be picked up on a roll from Ford for not a great deal. The rub strips can be removed - but takes patience - so maybe a breakers yard with a Sierra or two might be your answer.

Failing that, eBay, or one of the RS breakers.

i've never known the black strip from a cossie side moulding being removable. i think your thinking of tthe larger mouldings that are rivited on
