To save pming people who may help heres what i need, i need some sort of letter that my customer can sigh to say they are satisifed with the work we have done. IE i take them round and they inspect the property, tell me of any defects (which here wont be any lol), then they sign this letter saying everythings bang on!

just dunno how to word it professionally

I can confirm that all work completed and commitments undertaken by 'X' has been done to my complete satisfaction.

That's about all you need mate.

Indeed, sounds fine. No point in using 3 words when one does the job, sounds more direct and clearer...least that's what I was taught.

where do you people go to school

"I, Customer X of 123 This Road, Anytown, Planet Earth,, can confirm that all work I have authorised to be carried out by Company Y has been completed to my complete statisfaction."

this way you have the guy's name and address on the paperwork to tie up with the job you've done

how many mr smiths do you think you've need before you started getting confussed

and if they get shirty with you about stuf you can say "oi, mush, look at this, gimmie my money"

PT
look at my sig

and get rid of the second satisfaction, (or was it complete?) and job jobbed

write it as a letter or put in "I the undersigned" and then make them fill in their address etc

i take it you want it to be a leglaly binding document so they've got to have more than just "i'm mr smith, he did my house up good"

If it's a letter or in letter format it'll already have the customers name and address on it !!!!
