Default phone help!

my samsung d600 broke yesterday, so im using my dads spare one. its a nokia e65 put my sim card in(pay as u go) and i can receive phone calls, txts and make fone calls, but i cant send txts? i looked on the o2 site and all the settings are right, message centre number is right but still no joy... any help greatly appreciated

and everytime i go to send a txt it just comes up sayin "unable to send txt message"

Kenny - i used to have the e65 and it used to do the same, sounds stupid, but pull the battery out while the phone is still switched on, leav it out for 30 seconds or a bit longer if youve got the patience, and then try again.

I used to have to do that with mine all the time!!

in that case you need to call o2 and possibly get new settings sent over to your phone!

Hence my above comment, that would be one of the things they will once he goes through the normal things like taking the battery out, just tell them you have already done it.

Or try flashing it with the latest firmware from the nokia site.
