FAO martial arts people!
I need to know where the best (ie cheapest 
) place to get semi contact great from is.
Its for kickboxing so gonna need gloves, head protection, shin and foot guards

it does mate, hurts like hell. did it for a few weeks as a trial, a few years back.
when my dad was heavily into thailand and all things thai, went to a few exhibitions and fook me there animals.
