PS I'm going the airbox route on the escort as I cant be arsed getting rid of it & will have a direct airfeed into it from the driver side morette.
I'm also getting old so the noise will piss me off with a airfilter

I will be measuring EXACTLY what happens to the toe when I move the camber from 3° to 2°, and I'm pretty sure from previous experimentations that it will be within Ford tolerances, and given the fact that only the track setting has to be spot on (I don't push the car on the road), I'm not too worried about the toe changing too much, I just want to reduce the torque steer that the excessive camber gives on the road .

I removed the comment, as I will set it up how I want it and I will be experimenting with the changes to see how drastic the effects are to see if it is acceptible. I may only need to set it to 2.5° to radically decrease the torque steer, as it didn't used to be a problem until I set the camber up so aggressively .
