Another ebay question !
Bought some tickets in may and put them on ebay
to cut a long story short ticketmaster retracted them cause id bought to many
i emailed the winning bidder straight away apologising and asked for their paypal/bank details so i could refund the money
no reply
month later i emailed again
then finally in late july i emailed again advising that i had sent 2 previous emails and this was there last chance for a refund, they had 7 days to reply and i was keeping the mail as proof.
no reply
then a few days ago i get an email saying theyve just checked their email and can i get back to them regarding a refund
so where do i stand ?
i gave them 3 chances to refund
as far as i can see on ebay any compalints have to be made with 45 days of payment

I can't believe you even need to ask where you stand obviously you can legally refuse to give them there money back but that would say a lot about you as a person and NOT in a good way

Not giving them the money back just makes you a ticket tout.
There's such a lot of this kind of thing at T In The Park, etc. that they brought the limit on numbers each person can buy, and now they are pushing to stop reselling of tickets completely.
I'm willing to bet that if that ever comes in, so that the only way to dispose of tickets is back to the original promoter their booking fee will be non-refundable, and maybe even a % of the face value will be kept as an admin charge, so they really don't need any more ammunition.
