with the council in this area they told me yes you can have a fire but only garden waste no fence panels BUT if somebody asks you to put it out you have to

I had my fire at 11pm because one of the other neigbours was complaining about my fences so I changed them.

the tidy tip wouldn't let me take a van in so I'd have to put it in the 3dr to skip it and would take 6 trips and they would only allow 1 trip a day - fuck that

My cunt neighbours didn't ask they just called the fire brigade

be careful though they can fine you Ł100 if they want to I said to the woman I'd take that gamble

love it, im well known on our street for yard fires, burnt all sorts of shit by night, after dark they cant see the black smoke piling out of it had to dowse the neighbours fence on one occasion as it was red hot to the touch. Advantage of living 1/2 mile from a coal powered power station, theres no way they could ever call our area a smokefree zone.

Each local authority has its own rules and regulations about this. It would therefore be best to contact the Environmental Health Officer at your local authority.

All went well, used a fire bin anyways..

Was sat there with me lad, missus had gone to bed (didnt tell me, doh!), came in for us both to have a shower..

It was AFTER 2AM

Still, got rid of a load of crap ready for our bonfire/bbq/fireworks extravaganza ( ) in a few weeks time..

Fucking neighbours are poxy rugby fans, so had a "big" night last night - set up a marqee/gazebo thing in the garden, opened the French doors, put the BBQ under the gazebo thing, stuffed it full of logs and lit it.....

Only thing is they saty inside all night with the doors open, so unless the heating was on they were probably cold as fuck, and this morning I got up to find the washing I hung out yesterday afternoon is covered in a fine layer of ash

Fucknuts
