To be fair, it's alot better then what it used to be like. Still wouldn't buy it as it just doesn't interest me enough.

Redline managed to change it around though and that is a good mag now.

It's worth a read now IMO

the writing is still pretty shocking and there are so many errors in the text, but it's readable now, they have some half-decent stuff in there

It's true about the adverts though, WAY too many

I always have a look through it as we get it in the office.

The mag is totally bizzare these days.
Totally different every month, tries to be serious and grown up but smacks of not knowing what they on about.
So random its crazy, from interviews is Wyclef Jean to features on cars on hydraulics, monster trucks, old skool hotrods, and then your usual modded car, inc some bloody nice (IMO) ones. Trouble is you dont learn anything about any of them.

I give them 6months till something happens. Either big changes again or gone totally.

I buy, every month, without fail:

Fast Ford
Performance Ford
Retro Ford
Classic Ford
Performance BMW
Total BMW
BMW Car

There's a long list of car magazines I regularly buy as well, but those are the only ones I never, ever miss

I have every copy of Fast Ford from January 1992, and a fair few from before too

Max Power went shite after issue 2 IMO... it's all adverts, birds with their gammy tits out, charvas and dickheads with crap cars. Mindless dross.

He told someone on here that 'BHP Sells cars, torque wins races' was a load of bollox and then it ended up inside there mag as a question from someone. I think there questions are made up.

AFPMSL! Tell him to go for an electrical powered wheel chair. Once it's been remapped and the sport button added it will lap the nurburgring in under 9 minutes.
