hi there im looking to order a new t4 from america. and when it came to asking for a t4 they said they dont sell t4's but they sell T04E can you tell me what the difference is please. im getting confused cheeRS

as said before to4e is the same as a t34 with a .63 rear housing

oh bloodyhell...

There are MILLIONS of variations of T4 turbo, ranging from things rated to about 400bhp to ones good for nigh on 1000bhp.

"T4" means nothing, its just a very rough size range, in fact all it really means is what manifold flange size it has.
And even thats crap as RS500 turbos are classed as T4s even tho they really T3/4s as they have smallish T4 compressors but T3 flanged turbine sides.

T04E means just as little, it refers to the compressor inlet and outlet sizes.

T04B (2.75" in / 1.75" out), T04E (3" in / 2" out), T04S (4" in / 2.5" out), T04H (4" in / 3" out)

Unless you know what hell your on about, dont buy anything.

your best of going to someone like Martin Reyland or Mark Shead to get there advise and purchase from them, will cost more than shipping one in yourself but in the long run it will be cheaper due to it being proven and it'll perform!
