HELP 88' sapphire grinding back end????

Default HELP 88' sapphire grinding back end????
Can anyone out there offer me some advice? I have an 88' sapph cos running stage 2 320 ish and has been for a number of years. After driving, not overly energetically the back end starts to grind when cornering. If its wet it even does it in a straight line. Mileage is 134k it has never had the diff looked at or rear wheel bearings in the 12 years i have owned it!! It is all poly bushed at the back and had koni's and new springs about 3 years ago. Greatful for any advice.

id check the wheel bairings first any way especially after 12 years of ownership & 130k then move on to diff etc
