My mate is selling a stunning 1 owner 19k Evo 8 in Cool Silver, it's the MR FQ320! Superb car, went to Le Mans in it and it was amazing!

His has the Bilstein suspension, mag wheels and sticky tyres, alloy parts to save weight etc, cant fault it mate, awesome!

I would like an Evo 5 or 6 Extreme or something like that but don't think i'd like the hit on the depreciation of it really and I definately wouldn't sell my Escos for one even if they do drive a million times better than the cossy. It's the heritage thing that I love about an Escort Cosworth that is part of the pride of owning such a car.
MLR is full of ex cossie owners who haven't returned to a Ford. I know I'll never return to cossie ownership..... pride and heritage sadly don't make up for newer technology and reliability.
Horses for courses then guys!

Pete,
Andy R off this BB is selling his Evo VIII MR340 that has APs on (supplied by me) that has been tuned to around 370bhp.

Is a beautifully capable car and a joy to drive - I have had the good fortune to drive it several laps around the Ring .

Ditto that. Only as a second car to an Evo or something else would I consider a Cossie again. Still love my Fords, hence living on this site, but my Evo has really turned me already!

4 track days, 4 weeks of ownership, and all I have done is put a LOT of fuel in!

Give it a few years and the evos n imprezas will b full of faults. I know a few people who have evos n imprezas n they have had engines gearboxes turbos the same as any proformance car that dont get looked after. I dont mind evos and imprezas but everyone has them where i live. I think ford need to get there finger out and get a proper rs built again with four wheel drive.
