Default were to get m10 locknuts for turbo?

need 4 new m10 nuts for the turbo manifold to turbo there special locknuts which are all metal not nylock ones?

i got mine from cr turbos about £6 that was new studs and nuts

They are indeed called K nuts as used in aero applications.
You can make your own, by squashing in a vice gently normal nuts, quicker and cheaper than buying them.

i had a nightmare getting these aswell they are dear as fuk

ended up getting from graham goode £60 for a few nuts and bolts

Ford still sale them finis 6184365 10mm turbo to mainfold nut around £4.00 each.

mainfold to head nuts 8mm 6163722 £2.50 each

It then becomes slightly out of shape so that it has to grip on whatever it is screwed onto, I have done this for years as it is quicker.
You have to get the amount of squash just right but when you have done a few it is second nature.

as tabetha says, by making the nut off shape, you get a tight spot on the bolt when it goes on, so it sorta grabs at it and licks it without the need for nylon or similar that would normally melt at turbo temperatures! im using them alot on rolls royce engines at the mo...
