I was shopping in Asda last year when the bird on customer services fell for the old classic " Mike Hunt" over the tannoy gag.
I could just imagine the Bart Simpson type of kid on the end of the phone rolling around.

My Art Teacher at school was called Mr Bates,
Though this was hilarious as when he got letters delivered as a kid would be addressed to Master Bates.....

On our customer database we have got a Mr P Doe and there's also a Fook Yu Ho 
We made a list of daft names we've come across over the time at work, including company names (sad I know
) like Bell Polishing Services, Backdoor Bar etc etc.
