can a very kind person resize this please?
ive got no resizing software to make it the right size for an avatar 
the one we are using is slightly dated

have you got xp? if so microsoft do a free add on that works very very well
click here and it should start to download
now once installed,, you just right click on the filename and click resize! very simple
give the guy in africa a fish and he'll eat for the day,, give the guy a net and he'll eat for the rest of his days LOL LOL

FFS i had this problem last time i changed it
