Default SUSPENSION KITS astra mk3

Anyone recommend a decent suspension kit, ie spring and shocks for a mk3 astra, don't want silly low just std or near to std ride height, as the 13 year old(std) vaux stuff is hopeless.
I have no experience of kits on these, was thinking along the lines of spax adjusties, any help appreciated, thanks

When my mate wanted coilovers he had to get Gaz to make some and they weren't very cheap.

I would imagine the Koni dampers/ Eibach spring route if you can get it would be good

my mate had a mk3 Astra (1.4 merit) and he put the standard gsi springs and shocks on with the Astra gsi alloys (i don't like them much) he was running some avon 195 tires and that griped the road realy well

I thought of spax as I had heard good things about them, and I don't want harsh as other halfs car, I have a cos on AVO's so that is harsh enough for two cars anyway.

I used to have spax adjustables on my mk2 astra gte years back. They are well used in the modded vauxhall world apparently. Couldn't fault mine

Personally I would go with either Spax or Koni dampers (adjustable) with Eibach springs

That should be a nice day to day setup

30mm Eibach springs and Bilstein shocks is a good set up on a Mk3. What model/engine is the car?

It's only a 1.4 merit auto(other half disabled), so want something family orientated not track like.
Thanks all for replies.
