Exactly how I feel, and the same goes for my funeral for that matter too, I couldnt give a fuck what the people around me are wearing at such occasions providing their emotions are genuine.

she was stressing enough about getting the bridal party all smart in matching kilts without worrying about people wearing jeans

I just went and looked that up to see what the fuss is about, I think as his trainers are smack in the middle of the aisle in that picture it somehow stands out, but I didnt notice it on the day, and its not like I didnt notice it cause I didnt see him, thats my mrs in the white dress sat next to him and my ugly bald head looking the other way as that picture was taken, so I was in close quarters to him during the ceremony and also spent ages chatting to him and Adam before and after.
Weird how a picture can highlight something so much when it just wasnt even vaguely an issue on the day

I really cant see why anyone cares so much about it that Stu's wedding needs to be the source of yet another PF thread bitching at people as a result of it, but it probably sums up quite well why he isnt around here as much anymore, lol

Top bird, I find it VERY easy to see why Stu loves you as much as he does

And i will also add that one or two people who were invited couldn't be bothered to turn up as they were at Croft and i sure as hell would much rather have Gracey and Adam there in bin bags than those who "pretend" they are your freinds. The only thing that mattered to me was that they turned up and were there to share our special day. End of.
The people who were there know me and Stu very well and know that things like that just simply don't bother us. When you have had the year i have had you look at things very diffrently. My dad was missing on my wedding day and in all honesty a missing suit was the least of my concerns.

Nic,
Me having an opinion about a picture made public is disrespectful?
No-one's picking on anyone, but you're hardly going to say "yeah, I think it's terrible" now are you?
I looked at the pictures, and thought you and Stu both looked amazing. The whole day looked to be everything you wanted by the looks of it. Thought the horse and carraige was a great touch.
It's only because it stood out that anyone's commented. You could have rolled up in a clapped out banger of a car, but you didn't.
Put simply, with suits being so cheap and easy to find, I just think most people can't understand why you would voluntarily choose to dress down when you have the non-prohibitive option of adhering to a dress code...

Gracey DID adhere to the dress code, he even ran past Stu what he was wearing which was actually something I didnt think to do TBH I just went for the lazy option of wearing what I would to a meeting with a client, so if anyone derserves slagging off its probably me

I'm not going to reply any further as i don't want a 12 page slagging off post about my wedding and i'm going on my honeymoon today, i have defended my friend which is what i replied on this thread for. I suggest the rest of you drop it aswell because quite frankly this thread is a joke, what a bunch of arse holes.

having had my wedding the day before all i will say is its the people who turn up that make the day what it is ..
i was over the moon to see paddy turn up at the evening part of mine .. he had said he could not make it due to prior commitments.. the fact he turned up was enough ...
im sure IF stu and nicole had an issue with it they would have said summit on the day ..
